Returns & Exchanges

If a piece isn't quite right for your home, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new condition and original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Contact our customer service team or log into your account to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Package Your Item

  Carefully pack the item in its original box with all protective inserts to ensure it arrives back safely.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus a 10% restocking fee.
